This position will support the execution and management of various marketing events, including sponsored, sales, conventions, product launches, and internal company activities. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event planning and execution

Responsibilities:

  • Executes all Microgenesis Business Systems events, including sponsored, sales, convention, product launch, and customer events.
  • Supports internal company events such as kick-offs, town halls, Christmas parties, and quarterly events.
  • Manages partner and vendor requirements for sponsored events from planning to completion.
  • Coordinates with internal and external partners and suppliers for event execution.
  • Monitors event results and other assigned marketing activities, promptly forwarding leads and opportunities.
  • Collects and reports performance statistics for all marketing events across channels, using data for future campaigns.
  • Provides support for various marketing team activities.
  • Manages and maintains the content database for online and offline marketing materials.
  • Coordinates with suppliers for the production of marketing materials.
  • Engages in self-study and training to develop job-related skills.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Prepares and updates reports.
  • Manages the Giveaways Monitoring Tool.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience in the IT industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • With experience handling Events Management.
