MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provides administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence in order to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow.
  2. Assists in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events in order to contribute to successful project outcomes and enhanced brand visibility.
  3. Prepares and distributes marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and streamers, etc., in order to effectively promote campaigns and enhance brand presence.
  4. Coordinates with departments, vendors, and suppliers to manage marketing materials and services in order to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration into campaigns.
  5. Monitors branch compliance on the execution of marketing activities and provide feedback in order to ensure alignment and proper execution of activities
  6. Manages the marketing calendar in order to ensure timely execution of campaigns and events.
  7. Assists in organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them in order to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes.
  8. Maintains and manages inventory of marketing trade materials in the head office in order to ensure proper handling and monitoring of borrowed items.
  9. Performs other tasks given by the company official as the need arises.
