MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence in order to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow.
  • Assists in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events in order to contribute to successful project outcomes and enhanced brand visibility.
  • Prepares and distributes marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and streamers, etc., in order to effectively promote campaigns and enhance brand presence.
  • Coordinates with departments, vendors, and suppliers to manage marketing materials and services in order to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration into campaigns.
  • Monitors branch compliance on the execution of marketing activities and provide feedback in order to ensure alignment and proper execution of activities
  • Manages the marketing calendar in order to ensure timely execution of campaigns and events.
  • Assists in organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them in order to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes.
  • Maintains and manages inventory of marketing trade materials in the head office in order to ensure proper handling and monitoring of borrowed items.
  • Performs other tasks given by the company official as the need arises.
