Overview

We are looking for a Panel Assistant to support our market research operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and accurate data collection by assisting survey participants, coordinating field activities, and maintaining data quality. You'll be the link between the research team and respondents, helping deliver reliable insights for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Assist survey respondents in completing questionnaires, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and answer queries from participants during surveys or interviews.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage respondent schedules and survey timelines.
  • Help monitor data quality and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
  • Support day-to-day panel management tasks, including recruitment, validation, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold data integrity throughout the research process.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, or any related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates; experience in market research or survey operations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Friendly and professional, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
