Panel Assistant will be responsible for providing support in the panel management activities with main focus on Web-site Operation. This role will also be working across different teams and managing the panel database for online research that will successfully drive our business and that of our clients.

II. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Panel Assistant Activities:

  1. Provide Website & Application Operation, including but are not limited to: Handle inquiries from panelists, Exchange Points, User handling, Documenting work and preparing reports
  2. Support Vice President, Global Panel & Partnership Development in terms of Panel Management.
  3. Have full knowledge and use internal solutions for Panel Management.
  4. Work on routine operations as may be assigned.
  5. Determines customers' needs and shares them with the team.
  6. Understand market competition by comparing the own panel product to competitors' products.
  7. Keep improving technical and research knowledge.
  8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Common Activities:

  1. Maintains the public image of the Company.
  2. Constantly reports any identified financial and other risks to immediate superior or management.
  3. Functions as a cooperative and active member in the team.
  4. Completes other administrative work as required.
  5. Contribute to entire dataSpring, Inc. (and, or other local offices) as a Springer, besides the SEA Panel Management tasks assigned.

  • This is an office environment and typical physical demand applies.

Minimum Qualifications Needed:

  • Good written and verbal communications skills in English language
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software
  • Able to keep a positive & open-minded attitude
  • Customer service-oriented person
  • Interested in Web-planning

Education/Experience:

  • University or College Graduate, majored Business Management Department or Faculty of Social Sciences
