We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales strategy, grow our client base and drive revenue for our mid- to high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for premium residential and commercial projects in leisure destinations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build strong client relationships and networks in the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and operations to ensure seamless sales execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in selling mid- to high-end residential properties, ideally with exposure to leisure or resort-type developments.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and work closely with the on-ground teams.
