Leadership & Team Development
  • Establish a high-performance team of partnership managers and analysts.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and compliance within the organization.
  • Work closely with internal departments for successful partnership integration.
Performance Management & Analytics
  • Define KPIs for partnership performance, track ROI, and conduct regular reviews.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate strategy, preferably in gaming, hospitality, or digital sectors.
  • Proven success in leading partnership negotiations and driving business growth through alliances.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial acumen skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with B2B and B2C models across online platforms.
  • Fluency in English and other regional languages a plus.
