Fleet Operations Specialist

Skills

Excellent Project Management and Communication skills; ability to lead Operations (campaign setup) and provide timely updates to key stakeholders

Experienced in Vendor Management; can confidently coordinate, negotiate, and converse with different external suppliers

Organize, good presentation skills, and experienced in handling data and creation/submission of reports

Well-versed in Microsoft Office (ie. Excel, PPT) and Google WorkSpace (Sheet, Word, Slides)

Team Player with the ability to work across different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Proactive and have the ability to communicate effectively any issues/support needed to the team

Preferably with a background in marketing/advertising campaign operations

Can work independently and capable of working 2x/week physically in the office

Job Description

Serve as the main contact for assigned fleet campaigns, responsible for managing and overseeing the overall fleet operations - making sure that each of the teams are aligned/briefed on the action items and timeline

Proactively communicate and provide the campaign/project's status to stakeholders on a timely manner

Proactively raise any concerns/issues/risks to stakeholders with recommended action items/solutions

Collaborate and negotiate with respective suppliers to ensure that the suppliers deliver the needs of the campaign; Conduct meetings if needed to ensure 100% alignment

Provide complete and accurate Weekly and End Of Campaign reports and Conduct meetings with stakeholders to discuss the results

Supply with correct billing amounts based on the prepared reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php22,000.00 per month
