QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, BS Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the transport industry, preferably in fleet operations or logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides technical support and manages fleet operations, including OPEX control for repairs, maintenance, and fuel.
  • Conducts audits, inspections, and evaluations of fleet service quality, personnel performance, and compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitates training sessions on basic troubleshooting and road safety for vehicle users.
