Position: Fleet and Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Pasig City

Job Summary

The Fleet and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing company vehicles, ensuring they are available, safe, and properly maintained for daily operations. The role includes supervising drivers and helpers, managing dispatch schedules, assisting in routing decisions, and handling issues that arise during deliveries. This position ensures smooth logistics flow from scheduling to end-of-day reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesFleet & Maintenance

  • Ensure all trucks are road-ready, fueled, and properly maintained.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs or diagnostics.
  • Handle towing issues, breakdown responses, and maintenance-related emergencies.
  • Check repair quotations, negotiate pricing when needed, and track repair expenses.
  • Monitor vehicle documents (registration, insurance, RFID, toll accounts).

Driver & Helper Supervision

  • Assign daily routes and delivery tasks.
  • Coordinate attendance, availability, and performance of drivers and helpers.
  • Review and remind drivers about safety rules, violations, and compliance.
  • Collect and review violation tickets, manage payments, and prevent repeat issues.

Scheduling, Dispatch & Routing

  • Prepare daily truck and manpower schedule.
  • Coordinate dispatch, assist with routing, and give rerouting instructions when needed.
  • Review delivery requirements and ensure trucks leave on time.
  • Resolve on-the-road issues such as traffic delays, toll fee requests, or customer concerns.

End-of-Day Coordination

  • Confirm all deliveries completed and trucks returned.
  • Check trip logs, fuel consumption, expenses, and reports from drivers.
  • Record issues encountered and plan follow-up actions for the next day.
  • Report any accidents, breakdowns, delays, or violations.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of repairs, fuel, mileage, and daily dispatch.
  • Monitor toll usage, RFID balances, and reimbursement requests.
  • Prepare basic fleet status reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, fleet operations, or supervisory work is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance preferred.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Trustworthy, organized, and able to supervise staff effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
