Role Description

This is a full-time leadership role based in
Pasig and Parañaque
, with
national scope
.

The
Fleet Operations Director
owns the
P&L, efficiency, and reliability
of the entire Xpress fleet - ensuring every vehicle, driver, and depot performs to world-class standards across all locations.

The ideal candidate combines strategic foresight with operational discipline — able to design scalable systems, lead complex multi-site operations, and build a culture of accountability and excellence. This is a key leadership role within Xpress, reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the CEO on expansion strategy, technology integration, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    P&L, budget, and operational targets
    for all fleet divisions.
  • Oversee
    daily fleet operations
    across multiple depots, shifts, and regions.
  • Ensure
    standardized, compliant, and high-uptime operations
    nationwide.
  • Design and implement
    scalable systems
    for driver management, scheduling, and utilization optimization.
  • Deploy
    data-driven performance systems
    for productivity, maintenance, and cost control.
  • Work cross-functionally with
    HR, Command Center, Technology, and Marketing
    to deliver integrated operational performance.
  • Partner with the
    Expansions Head, COO, and CEO
    on network growth and fleet strategy.
  • Drive a
    culture of discipline, safety, and service excellence.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with
    LTFRB, DOTr, and DOLE
    requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance on
    budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
  • Represent the Fleet division in
    leadership and board reviews.
  • Develop and mentor operational leaders to prepare the organization for
    10× growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    8 years of senior operational leadership
    in mobility, logistics, or fleet-intensive industries.
  • Proven
    P&L ownership
    at ₱200M+ annual revenue scale.
  • Strong experience in
    multi-location operations
    and cross-functional management.
  • Deep understanding of
    driver management, utilization, and productivity metrics.
  • Strong financial acumen — cost per km, yield optimization, and ROI modeling.
  • Hands-on, performance-driven leadership style; able to
    inspire, coach, and enforce accountability.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in Business, Operations, or Engineering;
    MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
