About the Role

Ensures efficient vendor management, compliance, and operational support. This role oversees vendor processes, fleet coordination, and documentation while collaborating with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

What you'll do:

  • Assess vendor documents and coordinate SAP enrollment, contracting, and deployment.
  • Consolidate and monitor documentary requirements for third-party vendors (new and existing).
  • Ensure vendor documentation for fleet enrollment and contracting is complete and valid.
  • Track vendor compliance with contract and fleet enrollment requirements.
  • Maintain and update master lists for third-party vendors, warehouse in-charge and locations, and dispatch/garage directories.
  • Facilitate NTB template updates for new vendors. Monitor unregistered fleet compliance.
  • Update KPI status.
  • Manually input monthly estimated travel distance per BOF (KM Run).
  • Organize vendor process re/orientations (Billing, Liquidation, PSG – Incidental Charges).
  • Monitor compliance of unregistered fleet monitoring.
  • Arrange and facilitate meetings with Business Procurement Group, vendors, Ops Group, and other concerned units to resolve vendor-related issues and concerns.
  • Align billing, incidental charges, and liquidation processes with vendors and the Finance team.
  • Facilitates TSM-Zyllem enrollment.
  • Comply with Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Rules, Regulations, Guidelines, Policies, Processes and Procedures.
  • Comply with Company Rules, Regulations, Guidelines, Policies, Processes and Procedures.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related field
  • With at least 1 year related experience on Data Analysis, Project Management, or Management Trainee
  • Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • With excellent in both oral and written English communication, has a Customer service experience
  • With Analytical skills with experties in data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualization
  • Able to work under pressure and beyond normal office hours
  • With strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a detailed-oriented mindset
  • Flexible and able to adapt the current work structure
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities and projects
