Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content across all our digital platforms, including social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), our website, including Lazada Tiktok and Shopee accounts.
  • Produce a variety of content formats, including static images, short-form videos, GIFs, and graphics that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.

Livestream Production & Hosting:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute regular live streaming events on platforms like Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and TikTok Live.
  • Serve as the on-camera host for live streams, engaging with the audience in real-time, answering questions, and promoting products or services. (Not main task, just adhocs)
  • Manage the technical aspects of the live stream, including camera and audio setup, lighting, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless and professional broadcast.

Audience Engagement & Community Management:

  • Actively monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Foster a strong community and enhance brand loyalty through interactive and valuable content.

Analysis & Optimization:

  • Track and analyze content performance and livestream metrics (e.g., views, engagement rate, shares, and conversions).
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize content strategies and improve future broadcasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
