Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative E-Commerce & Social Media Sales Specialist to manage and grow our digital sales channels across TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, and other online platforms. This role combines e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and customer engagement to maximize sales performance and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Store Management

Set up, optimize, and manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on Facebook Page, Instagram, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.

Monitor inventory and order fulfillment, ensuring smooth coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.

Track platform analytics (conversion rates, impressions, best-selling SKUs) and prepare actionable reports.

Social Media & TikTok Marketing

Develop and execute creative content strategies for TikTok (videos, livestreams, challenges) to drive engagement and sales.

Collaborate with influencers/KOLs for product endorsements and partnerships.

Plan and host TikTok Live sessions to showcase products, answer customer queries, and convert views into sales.

Sales Growth & Campaigns

Manage platform-specific campaigns (Lazada Mega Sale, Shopee 9.9, TikTok flash sales) to maximize exposure and revenue.

Implement data-driven strategies such as discounts, bundles, and vouchers to boost sales.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and pricing strategies.

Customer Engagement & Support

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback across all online channels.

Maintain high store ratings and ensure a positive customer experience.

Build loyalty programs and repeat purchase incentives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

1–2 years of experience in e-commerce sales, online marketing, or social media management.

Strong knowledge of Facebook, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee Seller Centers.

Creative mindset with skills in content creation and video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for sales reporting.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
