Livestream Moderator

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Live Stream Moderator to support our livestreams both on-screen and behind the scenes. This role combines real-time chat moderation with studio and product preparation duties. You will help maintain a positive and safe online community during broadcasts, while also assisting in preparing products and ensuring the studio is clean, organized, and ready for streaming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor live chat to enforce community rules and standards
• Remove or warn users posting inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive messages
• Respond to basic viewer questions and support engagement
• Escalate issues to the streamer or moderation team when needed
• Use moderation tools (e.g., Tiktok live studio, OBS) effectively
• Support a positive and inclusive atmosphere during streams
• Communicate with the streamer or team discreetly during live broadcasts

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of livestreaming platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
• Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments
• Good judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Willingness to learn moderation procedures and platform tools
