XR Solutions Sales & Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient XR Solutions Sales & Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the integration, support, and client success of our cutting-edge Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Extended Reality (XR) solutions.
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless system integration, providing outstanding technical support, and assisting the sales team with technical insights to deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities
- System Integration: Configure and integrate AR/MR/XR hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Technical Documentation: Develop clear integration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices for both clients and internal teams.
- Client Training & Communication: Educate clients on system and hardware usage, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to smart wearables, Android-based devices, and XR platforms to minimize downtime.
- Best Practices & Compliance: Implement ICT system best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards, legal, and ethical policies.
- Project Coordination: Assist in defining integration strategies, project deadlines, and coordination across departments for successful delivery.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify client needs, provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, and support solution development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in system integration, technical support, or a similar role; experience with AR/MR/XR technologies is a strong plus.
- Hands-on knowledge of Android devices (basic troubleshooting, configuration, and support).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, ITIL) are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software integration principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies.
- Experience as an Android developer is a significant advantage.
Work Setup
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Morning Shift)
