Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new client accounts primarily international companies looking to outsource roles to the Philippines.
  • Promote the company's services, present tailored outsourcing solutions, and lead client acquisition efforts.
  • Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to ensure the timely hiring of candidates based on client needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client after onboarding, ensuring service satisfaction and handling any concerns or escalations.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and the outsourced staff working on their accounts.
  • Monitor the performance and engagement of candidates placed under the clients account and assist with issue resolution if needed.
  • Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to internal teams and support recruitment coordination and alignment.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, HR, and operations to ensure a high standard of service delivery to clients.
  • Regularly check in with clients and employees to gather feedback and maintain service quality.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and support the companys overall growth objectives.
  • Attend virtual meetings, demos, and presentations with potential and existing clients via Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet.
  • Track pipeline activity, prepare sales forecasts, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, client management, or account management, preferably in BPO or outsourcing.
  • Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry and talent acquisition processes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts while coordinating with internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and responsive in client and candidate interactions.
  • Goal-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Flexible and adaptable, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working night shifts and handling clients across various time zones.
