Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our team. The Accounting Assistant will support the accounting department with various tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain and update accounting records and files.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in accounting or finance is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
