JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Create, manage, and post regular content and messaging for all Mass Marketing Channels or Platforms on social media.
  • Respond to comments as required and report any problems or negative social interactions immediately.
  • Manage our employee social media advocacy platform.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and current best practices.
  • Track and report social media analytics as required.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment in determining content for posting.
  • Assist other areas of mass marketing social media efforts by overseeing accounts in various departments within the company as assigned.
  • Have the creative thoughts or ideas to make the online social medias Mass Marketing Content. And manage the Mass Marketing policy or data for the nationwide branches.
  • Communicate virtually and in person with people at all levels of vivo.
  • Occasionally attend meetings as part of the Trade Marketing team with individuals and departments to discuss their social media needs and requests.
  • Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced Marketing environment.
  • Communicate and collaborate with vivo colleagues who assist in generating social media content

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Mass Communication or Equivalent, etc., with 1-2 years of experience are also welcomed to apply.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist.
  • Solid account and customer community management.
  • Experience in project management, knowledge of online marketing, and social media advertising.
    • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and good image temperament.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a positive, aggressive, and creative attitude to the work.
  • Must be presentable and confident, very persuasive.
  • Must be confident in leading events such as hosting live streams and similar activities.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and video editing are regarded as the advantages.
  • CAN START ASAP and willing to work in BGC Taguig.
