About the Role:

We are looking for a result driven and creative Marketing Associate who will be responsible to ensure successful delivery of all integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives in the Country. Results-driven and highly motivated associate who can create a positive working environment, keep the team spirits up and encourage staff to perform to the best of their ability. You lead by example and can contribute to the brand image of Technogym in the country. 

Responsibilities:

Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of the local marketing plan

Guarantee and supervise all the go-to-market initiatives, verifying that all the assets have been used to their full potential and that the deployment times are perfectly synchronized with the marketing plans

Support in the organization and management of trade marketing events (trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, etc.)

Maintain a clean database that is consistent with the business objective of growing penetration

Support in the deployment of all sell-in and sell-out tools (events, mailing, web marketing) to generate leads, orders, and sales following the Segment Sales Strategy

Support in marketing cost reporting and analysis to monitor marketing activities, ROI, and the sales targets of different lines of business.

Support in Clinics and Digital or Non-Digital Events organization, for all segments, to raise awareness

Identify and develop high-potential talents for the sport & culture communities to collaborate with.

Event planning, management, conceptualization, sponsorships, celebrities liaison, expertise win-win mentality

Passion in sports/ active lifestyle is a plus

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree with field of PR, Marketing

Fluent in English Verbal & Writing

Advanced in Office (Powerpoint, Outlook, Words, Excel)

Extra with Canva, Photoshop 

Advanced in Slack and google drive
