This position is responsible for managing all IT services and infrastructure at a designated plant or regional site. The role covers technology and IT asset management and oversees the daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure and network. It ensures systems are operational, secure, and aligned with enterprise IT standards. The role also serves as the primary on-site contact for technical support, system-related issues, and coordination of IT projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT operations within a plant or site-based environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory, network troubleshooting, end-user support, and basic printer management

Strong skills in:

  • Hardware Management
  • Operating Systems and Network Operating Systems
  • Application and Information Systems Implementation & Evaluation
  • Basic and Advanced Networking
  • Network Management and Internet Services
  • Background in Software Systems Management
  • Knowledgeable in Database Design, Administration, and Data Management
  • Effective communicator in both Filipino and English, with the ability to collaborate with local stakeholders and central IT teams
  • Willing to provide onsite support during off-hours or emergencies, as needed
  • Open to deployment at the Magalang or Tarlac site
