Join Our Team as a Sales Data Analyst

The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for uncovering insights at the intersection of data and strategy. This role analyzes sales performance, builds dashboards, partners with cross-functional teams, and delivers actionable data-driven recommendations that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline, conversion, and client data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, conversion rates, and sales cycles.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to evaluate campaign effectiveness and territory planning.
  • Support forecasting, segmentation, and quota-setting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve CRM data quality, reporting, and process automation.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage data and support business processes.
  • Curious, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication of data-driven insights, considering diverse input and stakeholder needs.
