Job Overview:

Site supervisors will be responsible for managing their respective Rellatrix location end to end. This will involve overseeing the delivery and installation of Rellatrix VR equipment, onboarding new employees, implementing management practices, and workingdirectly with company leadership. Ideal candidates will have experience with growing business operations and people management. All candidates should have a get it done attitude and be willing to go the extra mile to tackle unexpected challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

●Experienced leadership; employee oversight, onboarding, offboarding, managing employee orientation and training.

●Responsible for surfacing critical issues and challenges as they arise, mastery of communication in both English and Tagalog required.

● Responsible for office setup, organization, and upkeep. Coordinating receipt and delivery of equipment, working closely with building / office staff.

● Management of headcount growth, turnover. Responsible for ensuring employee compliance and performance

Requirements & Qualifications:

●Bachelors degree or Diploma in relevant field

●3+ years of relevant professional experience leveraging communication and people management

●Exceptional communication: mastery of English, capable of effectively reporting operational status.

● Technical Aptitude: Familiar with advanced technology, ability to troubleshoot technical IT issues, familiarity with office infrastructure setup, troubleshooting, assembly

● People-management: Ability to lead and integrate a growing team, address issues with new joiners, etc.

● Problem-Solving: Quick and efficient troubleshooting abilities to manage real-time challenges. Highly resourceful, out of the box thinking

● Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness in handling controls and operational processes.

● Work Environment Fit: Enthusiasm about technology, demonstrated ability to thrive in unstructured operational environments, willingness to go above and beyond

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

●Professional IT experience, network reliability testing

●Operations experience, exposure to coordinating shipments, deliveries, logistics, etc.

●Comfortable with basic hands-on tasks including furniture and equipment assembly, associated tool use.

●Experience with VR technology, facility organization management (ex. Exposure to inventory management best practices
