Position Title: Accounting Analyst
Work Set Up: On-site
Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PH Time
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
Were looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support daily financial and administrative operations. This role involves processing employee timesheets and expenses, managing purchase and sales ledgers, assisting with tax and VAT tasks, and maintaining accurate company records. The ideal candidate has at least one year of accounting experience, is proficient in Xero (preferred) and other accounting tools (Sage experience is a plus), and is organized, communicative, and attentive to detail.
What You'll Do:
- Use Word, Excel, and Xero to manage data and create documents
- Handle tax and VAT preparation and filing under supervision
- Process employee timesheets and expense reports
- Manage purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control functions
- Compose letters and handle phone and email communications
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate annual leave requests and assist with insurance renewals
- Act as the first point of contact for engineers and customers
- Maintain and order office supplies as approved by management
- Ensure Health & Safety policies and staff training are current and compliant
- Support with administrative compliance such as HEP documentation
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in UK accounting and/or administrative work is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Xero or Sage)
- Knowledge of TAX and VAT processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
