About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Reports Analyst
to join our team in the Philippines. The Reports Analyst will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and presenting accurate data reports that support decision-making across business functions. If you enjoy working with data and turning numbers into actionable insights, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various systems to produce accurate and timely reports.
  • Create dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports to track KPIs and business metrics.
  • Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support management and operational teams with ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and automation.
  • Document and maintain reporting procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, or data analytics (BPO/Shared Services background is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in SQL or database management is an advantage.
