Job Description:

The Project/Site Engineer will be responsible for executing specific engineering tasks on a construction project, ensuring they meet client requirements and project goals. This role requires a dynamic approach, as the engineer will need to adapt to different project scopes and teams while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and implement engineering solutions for the assigned project/s.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to support project development.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and documentation as needed.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status to all relevant parties.

Site Engineer Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
  • A driver's license.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
  • Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
  • Great leadership and organizational skills.
  • Superb project management skills.
  • Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24, Php27,000.00 per month
