JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
The Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing high-quality food, overseeing their station, and ensuring exceptional guest service. They must demonstrate skill, consistency, and professionalism, providing courteous service to guests and internal stakeholders.
Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and handling complaints courteously.
Manage and oversee assigned station, ensuring food is prepared according to standards, clean, and organized.
Follow recipes, minimize waste, and control food costs.
Train staff on food preparation and presentation, and suggest menu improvements.
Maintain equipment and supplies carefully, promote punctuality and grooming standards among staff.
Adhere to hotel policies, safety, hygiene, and local regulations.
Be adaptable to departmental needs, participate in training, and support other areas as required.
Requirements
Candidates should have relevant culinary skills and experience, with a proven ability to deliver quality work reliably and maintain high standards of service.
Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent
Flexible with shifts, overtime, holidays, and weekends
Trained in Food Safety standards (HACCP / ISO
