The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality client service. Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with revenue and market expansion goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Job QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of proven experience in outbound sales with a successful track record. Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment with adaptability. Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a driven team.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Data-driven with the ability to interpret sales metrics and market insights. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
