The Senior Sales Manager will drive business growth by strategically promoting and selling the company's cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients. This role involves proactively identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential customers, negotiating competitive contracts, and successfully closing deals to maximize revenue.

  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies in alignment with business goals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, influencers, and channel partners.

  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor pipeline activity, manage accounts, and ensure data accuracy.

  • Support the team in closing complex deals, assisting in negotiations and deal structuring.

  • Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to tailor cybersecurity solutions that meet client needs.

  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, products, and competitive landscape.

  • Coach and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales strategies, and pipeline management.

  • Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to senior management.

  • Assist in forecasting and achieving individual and team sales targets.

  • Maintain and grow a select portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.

  • Participate in planning sessions and contribute to business development initiatives.
