Job Description:

DMCI Homes is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team in promoting and selling our premier condominium and house-and-lot projects.

This role is ideal for a strong leader with deep experience in real estate sales, especially in handling people and driving results.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of total work experience, with minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Real estate background is a must, preferably with experience in DMCI Homes or similar developers
  • With strong sales leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
  • Applicants with an existing core team of sellers are highly encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and aligned with DMCI Homes' standards and values
