Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Marikina. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, managing customer orders and transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves taking inventory and ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
