Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors and fulfills all delivery requests from Vibal's online shopping platform through the Marketing department;
  • Assists in DepEd and Private Delivery documentation verification;
  • Ensures that all DepEd and Private documents are complete from forwards/deliveries;
  • Receives and processes employee and/or interdepartmental requests;
  • Assembles and fills orders to be shipped to customers;
  • Prepare all shipping documentation;
  • Review all orders to determine if they are picked correctly;
  • Ensure warehouse/equipment is maintained on a regular basis;
  • Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company's procedures and requirements;
  • Deliver the product to the customer on time, every time using appropriate methods;
  • Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to support dispatch time windows Lead follow up and resolve Customer concerns;
  • Monitor and review operational methods to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvements within the operation whilst ensuring continuous customer service;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Job Qualifications

  • College Graduate
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Microsoft Excel Basic Knowledge
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Time Management Skills
