Job Responsibility:
• Prepares payroll of employees.
• Ensures accuracy of payroll data.
• Maintains payroll records of employees.
• Ensures that all payroll related concerns and queries are attended on time.
• Prepares last pay computation of resigned employees.
• Prepares payroll reports.
• Consolidate and validates payroll hours from the timekeeping tool.
• Responsible for tracking vacation and sick leaves.
• Responsible for conduct periodic audit of all payroll reports.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Competencies Required:
Educational
• A degree in Business Management or any other similar discipline
Work Experience
• At least 2-years extensive experience on any fast-moving consumer goods company.
• Experienced in customer service system.
