About the role

At AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.', we are seeking passionate customer service professionals to join our dynamic call centre team as a CSR Call Center - Onsite & Virtual. This is a full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu. As a CSR Call Center, you will be the key point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  2. Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
  3. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
  5. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
  3. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
