What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting legal research and analysis to support attorneys in preparing for cases and transactions
  2. Assisting with the drafting and review of legal documents
  3. Managing and organizing client files and electronic records to ensure efficient case management
  4. Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
  5. Providing administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence
  6. Collaborating with the legal team to enhance processes and improve overall efficiency
