  • Full time position
  • Renumeration: up to Php 50k per month.
  • Work Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM SYD/ AEST
  • Hybrid Arrangement: Ortigas Area- Jollibee Tower (3x Office, 2x Remote)

Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.

Our client is expanding its business and keen to add new team members to support the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive legal support Senior Paralegals and Solicitors.
  • Review, amend, and prepare legal documents required for the business or transaction.
  • Dictation work and data entry
  • Assist in general administration duties such as documentation, proofreading correspondences, and research.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entered in the CRM System  (Action Step) provided.
  • Providing excellent client service through responding to inquiries, calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal in law firm.
  • Has genuine interest working for Australian Law firm , specialise in Family law.
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (2x WFH and 3x onsite)- Office: Jollibee Tower Ortigas
  • Experience with Action step is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and verbal skills
  • Typing speed of a minimum of 55 wpm with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Drive.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
