Part Time Compliance Paralegal (Hybrid Manila Hours per Week

Are you an organized and detail-oriented Paralegal looking for a flexible, high-value contract?

Lawflex is sourcing a
Contract Compliance Paralegal
for the Legal team of a growing international technology/FinTech company, based in the
Manila office (Hybrid setup)
. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring seamless Philippine and global regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

This role requires just
10 hours per week
initially.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Regulatory Filings:
    Lead the preparation and submission of core requirements with the Philippine SEC, BIR, LGUs (permits/licenses), DOLE, and global regulatory bodies.
  • Corporate Governance:
    Maintain global entity records, board minutes, stock updates, and beneficial ownership disclosures.
  • Compliance Calendar:
    Own the tax and regulatory calendars, monitor deadlines, and coordinate internal and external document routing.
  • Project Support:
    Assist with policy drafting, audit support, factual research, and maintaining regulatory knowledge bases.

Your Profile:

  • Experience:
    1+ years of dedicated experience in
    compliance, corporate governance, or regulatory operations
    within a Philippine-based law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Skills:
    Proficiency with Philippine regulatory portals (e.g.,
    SEC eFAST, BIR eFPS
    ) and strong knowledge of the
    Revised Corporation Code
    .
  • Language:
    Excellent communication in English and fluency in Filipino is required
    .
  • Mindset:
    Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to ownership and integrity.
