KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  2. Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, including labor, corporate, and data privacy laws.

  3. Assist in drafting, filing, and maintaining government permits, registrations, and other regulatory submissions.

  4. Conduct legal research and provide summaries or recommendations to support company policies and decision-making.

  5. Monitor updates in relevant legislation and advise management on necessary actions or compliance measures.

  6. Maintain an organized and secure database of legal and corporate records.

  7. Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel on legal and compliance matters.

  8. Perform other related tasks assigned by the Top Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Law, or a related field.

  2. Certification in Paralegal Studies or equivalent training preferred.

  3. At least 5 years of experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or corporate compliance role.

  4. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and court procedures.

  5. Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
