We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and SEC filings in compliance with Philippine regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including General Information Sheets (GIS), Audited Financial Statements (AFS), and other regulatory documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions in accordance with PFRS and company policies.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flows.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documents.
  • Monitor and manage statutory compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, withholding tax computations, and other ad hoc financial duties.
  • Help improve financial processes and internal controls as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
