Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and professional Remote Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our boxing brand. You'll represent the energy, discipline, and passion of our company while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. If you love fast-paced environments and thrive on keeping things organized, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontline Communication: Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries about products, training programs, events, and memberships.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars for trainers, classes, and promotional events.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and inventory updates.
  • Order Coordination: Support online store operations by tracking orders, returns, and customer feedback.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the brand's tone and values in all communications.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organize digital files, update contact lists, and assist with internal communications.
  • Social Media & Website Support: Help monitor inboxes and respond to basic inquiries from social platforms and website forms.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles (remote experience preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and scheduling software
  • Passion for fitness, boxing, or sports culture is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote setup

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Basic understanding of boxing terminology and training formats
