About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join The Little Things team

If you love bringing ideas to life through stunning visuals, engaging motion graphics, and fresh concepts that make people stop and smile this role is for you.

As our Remote Graphic Designer, you'll create eye-catching digital and print materials that elevate our brand identity, boost awareness, and connect with our customers across platforms. From animated social media campaigns to promotional videos and store visuals, you'll make every design tell The Little Things' story.

What You'll Do:

Creative Design & Animation

  • Develop engaging designs, motion graphics, and animations for digital ads, social media, websites, and in-store screens.
  • Create visually consistent materials aligned with The Little Things' brand identity and tone.
  • Design campaign materials for product launches, sales, and marketing promotions.
  • Produce short-form video content and GIFs for advertising and storytelling.

Branding & Advertising

  • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that build brand awareness.
  • Ensure all designs strengthen the brand's personality, voice, and emotional connection with the audience.
  • Stay updated with trends in design, animation, and retail advertising to keep our visuals fresh and relevant.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing, retail, and operations teams to meet design needs and deadlines.
  • Handle multiple projects at once while maintaining high-quality creative output.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively in a remote work setup.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in graphic design with strong skills in animation and motion graphics.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media content creation, and brand campaigns.
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and storytelling.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Video editing and 3D animation skills are a plus
