Work from Home, Philippines Skyward Careers Full time ₱124,800 - ₱156,800 per year

Weekly Schedule:

Monday - Friday 1pm - 7:30pm Eastern Time (30min unpaid lunch), will increase to 8 hours after a month upon success.

Pay: 300 PHP per hour

Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: 2,000 PHP

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (no degree required)
  • Experience in book marketing, publishing, or author promotion
  • Familiarity with marketing on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Goodreads, and related platforms to promote the Brand and Books, and to engage book communities and readers
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of content creation and audience engagement
  • Experience with Canva or other design/scheduling tools is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement book promotion strategies and manage brand campaigns across social media
  • Create engaging content to increase visibility for a self-published book and company website
  • Build relationships with book influencers and online reading communities
  • Manage online listings and promotions on Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and other book-related sites
  • Track campaign performance and optimize strategies
  • Support entertainment-related marketing efforts
  • Assist with minor administrative and organizational tasks as needed
