Job Qualifications
  • Male or female; physically fit.
  • High school graduate, TESDA-certified, or vocational course in Automotive/Heavy Equipment Servicing.
  • With at least 2–3 years experience in repair and maintenance of heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, dump trucks, graders, bulldozers, etc.).
  • Knowledgeable in hydraulic systems, diesel engines, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
  • Can operate basic workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Willing to work in a mining, construction, or field site environment.
  • Can work with minimal supervision; honest and reliable.
  • Willing to render overtime and shifting schedule if required.

Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of heavy equipment.
  • Diagnose engine, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical problems.
  • Perform overhauling of engines and components when needed.
  • Check and replace worn-out parts, filters, fluids, and lubricants.
  • Ensure equipment is safe, functional, and ready for operation.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and maintenance logs.
  • Assist in field repairs during equipment breakdowns.
  • Coordinate with operators regarding equipment issues and performance.
  • Follow company safety policies and standard maintenance procedures.
  • Keep tools and work area clean and organized.
