About the role As a Mechanical Supervisor at SteelAsia Manufacturing Corporation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of the company's mechanical systems. This full-time position is based in Meycauayan City, Bulacan, and involves managing a team of skilled technicians to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing plant. What you'll be doing Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of mechanical technicians and engineers Developing and implementing maintenance plans to keep all mechanical equipment and systems in optimum working condition Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues in a timely manner to minimise downtime Monitoring the performance of mechanical systems and identifying opportunities for improvement Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Providing technical guidance and support to the production team Maintaining accurate records and reports on the mechanical operations What we\'re looking for A bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly diagnose and address mechanical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations What we offer At SteelAsia Manufacturing Corporation, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling career.
