BLACK ARMOR INDUSTRIES CORP' is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HEAVY EQUIPMENT Chief Mechanic to join our team in Pulilan Bulacan. As the Chief Mechanic, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of high-performance automotive vehicles. This is a full-time position that requires excellent technical knowledge and a passion for automotive engineering.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a team of skilled mechanics to ensure the timely and efficient maintenance and repair of all company vehicles
  • Perform complex diagnostic assessments and coordinate major repair and overhaul projects
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques to ensure optimal vehicle performance
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle lifespan
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary parts and equipment
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior mechanics as required

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Chief Mechanic or in a similar senior automotive engineering role
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, repair techniques, and diagnostic procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of mechanics effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
