Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Video Delivery Associate who can prepare, organize, and deliver final video files across multiple platforms and formats. This role requires excellent coordination, time management, and a strong commitment to output quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Export and prepare final video files in the correct format and quality
  • Check and quality-control videos before delivery to ensure they meet technical and creative standards
  • Organize, label, and track file versions and deliveries
  • Upload and deliver video assets via Cyberduck, Google Drive, Dropbox, FTP, or other client platforms
  • Coordinate with analysts and supervisors on credentials, file specs, and timelines
  • Maintain delivery records using the Video Delivery Tracker
  • Collaborate with US colleagues for access credentials and Duck files per project, and relay updates to assigned analysts
