We are looking for Marketing Associates.

The Marketing Associate designs customer experience for segment-specific marketing products and solutions, including the implementation and management of the corresponding programs and information campaigns across all communication channels based on consolidated management directions, research findings and customer data. It recommends and executes programs and campaigns for the assigned segment and coordinates with key organizations to ensure relevance and relatability of initiatives to the segment to deliver sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and sustainability targets through an optimized customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with various internal and external organizations to ensure alignment of all initiatives and communications with segment brand values and consistency in all applications
• Derives insights from top management directions, market analytics, customer insights, forecasted costs, and environmental scans as inputs to long-term and short-term objectives and strategies for assigned products/ solutions and programs
• Develops and implements segment specific products and solutions, programs and campaigns, aimed at improving customer satisfaction, ensuring relevance to customers, increasing revenues, and improving company images
• Evaluates partnerships with outside entities to build and strengthen customer affinity with the segment
• Conceptualizes, recommends and implements communication plans specific to assigned product and programs, formulates and proposes creative briefs based on consumer customer research as input to the creative messaging process and can create communication materials with or without agency working with
• Directs partner agencies in timely and constant iteration of materials and media channels in response to data analytics
• Obtains, secures, and prepares necessary resources for segment-specific events (e.g., logistics, booth/space needs and design, stage backdrop, giveaways, etc.) and ensures appropriateness and readiness of venues
• Manages inventory of merchandising materials, premium items, and other materials, such as booths, banners, etc. and conducts evaluations after events
• Monitors the developments and innovations in both domestic and global power industry and identifies opportunities for application to segments
• Consolidates and analyzes marketing research results in coordination with Marketing Intelligence and provides recommendations relevant to assigned products
• Implements and monitors campaigns across channels (on-line and off-line)
• Assists in the design of the customer experience for channels operationally managed by other departments (i.e., Call Center, Business Center, Relationship Managers)

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Business Management, Communication, Economics, Psychology, or other related courses
• Preferably with at least 4 years of experience in a related field / industry
• With experience in designing customer experience with corresponding development and implementation of marketing programs and strategies based on customer data/insights and research resulting to achievement of key performance metrics
• Excellent business communication skills
• Background in benchmarking and market research will be an advantage
• Effective team player, driven to achieve results, organized and focused, with capacity to innovate and produce creative ideas
• Adept in basic web UI/UX, web analytics, MS Office applications
• Skills in graphic design, copy writing, Adobe Photoshop and video editing are desired but not required
• Media and production experience is a plus
• Willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
