Responsibilities

  • Plan monthly content calendars; pitch concepts aligned with practice areas and FAQs.
  • Shoot vertical and horizontal video (interviews, explainers, b-roll, client-education reels) with proper lighting and audio.
  • Edit videos (cuts, color, sound mix, captions, motion graphics) and retouch photos.
  • Design simple graphics/infographics and thumbnails consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Write hooks, captions, on-screen text, and CTAs; add basic legal disclaimers when needed.
  • Publish to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the website/CMS, etc.; schedule via Meta Business Suite or similar.
  • Track performance (reach, retention, clicks, inquiries) and iterate based on insights.
  • Maintain organized media libraries; manage releases, consent forms, and redactions.
  • Coordinate shoots with lawyers/staff; occasional on-site filming (office, courts, events).

Job Requirements

  • Experience in hands-on content creation (shooting + editing) with a strong portfolio/reel.
  • Proficiency in Filmora or DaVinci Resolve, Canva, etc.
  • Camera, lighting, and audio skills.
  • Motion graphics and captioning for short-form verticals (Reels/TikTok/Shorts/Vids).
  • Clear, concise copywriting in English and Filipino/Taglish.
  • Comfortable turning complex/legal topics into simple, accurate visuals.
  • Organized file management; can hit deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of brand tone, legal marketing etiquette, and confidentiality.

Nice to have

  • Basic Effects; template-driven graphics and lower thirds.
  • CMS familiarity (WordPress, etc.) and basic SEO/on-page formatting.
  • Social scheduling/analytics (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.).
  • Experience in professional services or regulated industries.
  • Own gear (camera/lenses/mics); firm provides basic gear as needed.

  • On-time delivery rate and brand/Compliance check pass rate.

Work setup

  • Location: Pasig (hybrid); occasional field shoots.
  • Schedule: Weekdays, with flexibility for timely postings/events.
