About Us:

Growing company seeks a detail-oriented Technician Dispatcher with previous hands-on experience managing work orders through Field Nation.

Position Overview:

Technician Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and supporting technicians across multiple service calls. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and prior experience with Field Nation (2–3 years minimum). You will serve as the key point of contact between clients, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and dispatch technicians through Field Nation for scheduled and emergency service calls
  • Monitor technician availability and skill sets to assign appropriate jobs
  • Communicate job details, timelines, and expectations clearly to field staff
  • Track progress and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve issues in real time
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, schedules, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience using Field Nation for technician scheduling and dispatching (required)
  • Previous experience as a dispatcher, coordinator, or operations support role in a service-based industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
  • Must be able to work Monday–Friday on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
