We're hiring a Customer Success Manager who will guide customers from first contact to a completed service—handling inbound/outbound calls, booking and routing technicians, and closing sales while keeping our standards sky-high.

- Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English (B2+), able to calm, clarify, and close.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Goal-oriented, you enjoy turning inquiries into booked jobs.
- Customer Focus: You build trust fast and tailor solutions to real customer needs.
- Organization: Excellent time management, you can juggle multiple calls, schedules, and follow-ups without dropping details.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools and call/sales platforms, accurate data entry is second nature.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Positive attitude, you adjust quickly when plans change and keep moving forward.
- Flexibility: Available to work from 7 AM — 5 PM or 4 PM — 10 PM Calgary time (Monday to Friday).
What You'll Be Doing
- Inbound Care: Answer and consult customers on incoming calls; explain services, pricing ranges, and next steps.
- Outbound Outreach: Call warm leads and past customers (≈ 55 calls/day on average) to book or rebook visits and identify sales opportunities.
- Scheduling & Dispatch: Create technician appointments, build efficient daily routes, and coordinate return visits or parts-related follow-ups.
- Pipeline Ownership: Qualify needs, present tailored solutions, and convert inquiries into confirmed jobs while ensuring a great experience.
- CRM Excellence: Enter and update records, notes, and statuses in the CRM; track progress through each stage.
- Cross-Team Communication: Maintain clear, timely communication with technicians and other departments to keep the day running smoothly.
- Quality Standards: Work according to service guidelines and KPIs (speed to answer, conversion, rebooking rate, data accuracy).
